Human Rights- Refugee Rights
Aims Μέσα από τις δραστηριότητες συζητήθηκαν και αναλύθηκαν οι βασικοί στόχοι και οι αξίες της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης. Ειδικότερα,όμως και σε σχέση με το θέμα μας εξετάσαμε την πολιτική της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης σε σχέση με το άσυλο και το καθεστώς των προσφύγων και σε ποιο βαθμό υπάρχει μια κοινή πολιτική που ακολουθείται από τα κράτη μέλη. Δυστυχώς διαπιστώσαμε ότι ενάντια στις αξίες που θέλει να προωθεί η ΕΕ πολλά κράτη μέλη (όπως η Σλοβενία, Σλοβακία, Δανία, Βέλγιο, Αυστρία) κλείσανε τα σύνορα και υψώσανε τείχη στους πρόσφυγες. Συμφωνήσαμε λοιπόν ότι τώρα περισσότερο από ποτέ υπάρχει η ανάγκη μια κοινής πολιτικής για την ορθή αντιμετώπιση της προσφυγικής κρίσης.
