Volunteers at School Οι μαθητές του 7ου Γενικού Λυκείου Λάρισας αποφάσισαν να οργανώσουν μια δραστηριότητα με σκοπό να γνωρίσουν την ιστορία, το έργο και την προσφορά του Ερυθρού Σταυρού τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και στο εξωτερικό. Η εκδήλωση πραγματοποιήθηκε στο 7ο Γενικό Λύκειο Λάρισας με ομιλητές τον κ. Τάσο Βασιλείου, αρχηγό των Εθελοντών Σαμαρειτών Λάρισας και την κα. Βασιλική Μπαζιάννα, γραμματέα του ιδίου συλλόγου, ενώ κύριος στόχος αυτής ήταν η απόκτηση μιας πρώτης επαφής των μαθητών με εθελοντικές δραστηριότητες στην πόλη μας και του νομού μας γενικότερα, καθώς και την ευαισθητοποίησή τους σε παρόμοιες κοινές δράσεις ως ενεργοί ευρωπαίοι πολίτες. 1 st action Red Cross: First Aid – Practical Seminars

The students of 7th Lyceum of Larissa decided to organize an activity in order to learn the story, the aim and the actions of the Red Cross in Greece and in the whole world. The event was held on 7th Lyceum of Larissa and the speakers were` Mr. Tassos Vasiliou, leader of the Samaritans Volunteers of Larissa and Mrs. Vasiliki Bazianna, the secretary of the Club. The main objectives were students to obtain a first contact with the voluntary activities in our city and county and to become aware of common actions such the ones of the active European citizens. Οι μαθητές του 7ου Γενικού Λυκείου Λάρισας διοργάνωσαν μια δραστηριότητα με σκοπό τη συγκέντρωση τροφίμων και ρουχισμού για τα παιδιά του Ορφανοτροφείου Θηλέων της Ιεράς Μητροπόλεως Λαρίσης και Τυρνάβου, στη συνοικία Ανθούπολη. Το τελευταίο δεκαήμερο του Δεκεμβρίου συγκεντρώθηκε μια σημαντική ποσότητα των παραπάνω ειδών στο χώρο του 7ου Λυκείου και υπό την επίβλεψη των μαθητών του προγράμματος έγινε η διαλογή και η συσκευασία τους. Στις 23 Δεκεμβρίου, παρουσία του σεβασμιότατου πατέρα Τιμόθεου έγινε η παράδοση των ειδών από τους μαθητές, τη Διευθύντρια κα. Βασιλική Ζιάκα και την υπεύθυνη του προγράμματος κα. Κατερίνα Αναστασίου στα παιδιά του ιδρύματος. Μέσα σε ένα φιλόξενο και πολύ ζεστό περιβάλλον τις Άγιες μέρες των Χριστουγέννων οι μαθητές ένιωσαν τη χαρά της προσφοράς σε συνανθρώπους μας και ευαισθητοποιήθηκαν σε παρόμοιες δράσεις, ως ενεργοί ευρωπαίοι πολίτες. The students of the 7th Lyceum of Larissa organized an activity to collect food and clothes for the children of the Orphanage for Girls of the Metropolis of Larissa & Tirnavos in the district of Anthoupolis. During the last ten days of December the students gathered a significant amount of such items at the Lyceum which were sorted and packed. On 23rd of December, under the attendance of Reverend Father Timothy, the principal Mrs. Vasiliki Ziaka, the coordinator teacher of the program Mrs. Katerina Anastasiou and the students delivered the items to the children's institution. Within a very welcoming and warm environment of the holy days of Christmas the students felt the joy of offering and became more sensitive to such actions as active European citizens.
