E.g. I was doing my homework at 8 o’clock yesterday.

Μπορεί την ίδια χρονική στιγμή, να συνέβαιναν δύο πράξεις ταυτόχρονα We were playing computer games while Mum was making dinner

Past Continuous & Past Simple

Some examples… Dad called us to have lunch while we were riding our bikes outside.

Time expressions while / when Remember… when + Past Simple while + Past Continuous

Όταν οι 2 χρόνοι συνδυάζονται στην ίδια πρόταση, τότε πρέπει να χρησιμοποιήσω while ή when Some examples…

The boy fell while he was running in the park = To αγόρι έπεσε καθώς έτρεχε στο πάρκο. Παρατηρώ τη χρήση του while με Past Continuous
