External assessment as there are different countries involved 50-50 Self quality assured by the nature of the program (External evaluation is impossible without internal)

To secure recognition, the HEI interested to have a Joint Program with another Institution, has to have a very clear knowledge as to the status of the HEI they are considering cooperating with, as well their recognition process, before they go on with the actualization of the Joint Program Knowing rules

(European, national, institutional, external, stakeholders) No way to secure financing Tuition Fees Use research funds Attract mid career student – companies can pay the fees of their students

The coordinator should be given the funds to be able to run the consortium. The partners should be given a part according to the courses.
