12 Facts About Bullying Bullying is being mean to another kid over and over again. Bullying often includes: Teasing & Talking about hurting someone Spreading rumours Leaving kids out on purpose Attacking a kid by hitting or yelling at him/her. Posting rumours on the Internet or through text messages or s. Sharing embarrassing pictures or videos. Making fake profiles or websites.

13 What can I do if I am being bullied?
Speak up against bullying. Be firm and clear when you speak. Say “stop it”. Walk away. Act like you do not care, even if you really do. Tell an adult you trust. Report it to your parents and your teachers. Stick together. The buddy system works. Being with a friend can help you speak up. And your friend can run to get help.

14 How can I avoid being bullied?
Do not give bullies a chance. Take a different route to class or home from school. Avoid unsupervised areas of the school. Sit at the front in your class and in the bus. Find a buddy friend and stick together. Stand tall and be brave. Do not show fear.

15 What can you do if you see someone else being bullied?
If you see someone else being bullied you should always try to stop it. If you do nothing, you're saying that bullying is O.K. with you. It's always best to treat others the way you would like to be treated. You should show bullies that you think what they're doing is stupid and mean. Help the person being bullied to tell an adult he/she can trust.

16 Σωματικός εκφοβισμός είναι τα χτυπήματα, τα σπρωξίματα, το τράβηγμα των μαλλιών, οι κλωτσιές. Λεκτικός εκφοβισμός είναι η κοροϊδία, οι βρισιές, ο υποβιβασμός. Κοινωνικός εκφοβισμός είναι η διάδοση φημών, η καταστροφή προσωπικών αντικειμένων, οι κακόβουλες διακρίσεις, η απομόνωση από την ομάδα. Επίσης υπάρχει ο εκφοβισμός μέσω του διαδικτύου, του ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου ή μέσω μηνυμάτων στο κινητό τηλέφωνο.

17 Όλοι οι άνθρωποι έχουν τα ίδια δικαιώματα στη ζωή
Όλοι οι άνθρωποι έχουν τα ίδια δικαιώματα στη ζωή. Στο σχολείο πρέπει να μη μας πειράζουν τα πράγματα μας, να μη μας μειώνουν και να αποδέχονται τις ιδιαιτερότητές και τη διαφορετικότητά μας. Καθένας μας έχει τα δικά του ιδιαίτερα χαρακτηριστικά και χαρίσματα. Οι υπόλοιποι πρέπει να τον αποδέχονται όπως τον έπλασε η φύση. Λένε ότι ο σεβασμός κερδίζεται, δεν χαρίζεται. Πιστεύω όμως πως τον έχουμε ανάγκη για να μπορούμε να εκτιμάμε την αξία μας και να μη νιώθουμε κατώτεροι από τους άλλους. Για να μην αμφιβάλλουμε για την αξία μας. Για να μπορούμε να εκτιμάμε τον εαυτό μας.
