10 Αντικειμενικές δυσκολίες του BI…
“Οι πωλήσεις είναι εύκολες να μετρηθούν, με το λογιστήριο όμως τι θα κάνω?” Μην το παρακάνουμε με τα metrics. Τα καθόλου νούμερα είναι καλύτερα από τα λάθος νούμερα ή τα μη ρεαλιστικά νούμερα. Είναι προτιμότερο να μπουν ποιοτικές αξιολογήσεις & συνολική επίδοση εταιρίας στο performance management συγκεκριμένων τμημάτων. “Μήπως οι εργαζόμενοι χάσουν το ομαδικό πνεύμα και γίνουν ατομιστές κυνηγώντας ξερά νούμερα?” Πράγματι αυτός ο κίνδυνος υπάρχει.
