Penalty Process Management: Penalty Process Management:  Ενεργοποιείται για τον υπολογισμό και την επιβολή χρηματικών προστίμων (ποινικών ρητρών) στις Διαχειριστικές Ομάδες σε περίπτωση που η παρεχόμενη εργασία δεν ικανοποιεί τους κανόνες ποιότητας παροχής υπηρεσιών (π.χ. επιθυμητά όρια διαθεσιμότητας των υπηρεσιών και χρονικές προθεσμίες υποβολής των παραδοτέων) που περιγράφονται στη Σύμβαση Έργου.
