Κάντε κλικ στη 2η γραμμή και συνεχίστε εκεί Βεβαιωθείτε ότι έχετε κάνει μια «λογική διαίρεση» του κειμένου στις δύο γραμμές (π.χ. όχι το άρθρο στη μία γραμμή και το ουσιαστικό στην άλλη) Μπορείτε επίσης να γράψετε απευθείας στην περιοχή εμφάνισης των υποτίτλων, κάτω από το video. Κάντε κλικ εκεί και αρχίστε να γράφετε! To write the text that corresponds to a specific subtitle according to your spotting list: Click in the subtitle column and type your text on the 1st line. If the text turns red it means that you have exceeded the 39 character-per-line limit. Click again on the 2nd Line to write the rest of the text in the 2nd line. Make sure there is a logical division between the two lines, for example do not put the article on the top line and the noun on the bottom. Αποφασίζοντας για το κείμενο Δείτε το απόσπασμα της ταινίας προσεκτικά και γράψετε σε ένα χαρτί τι λένε οι πρωταγωνιστές ή ιτι θα θέλατε να υπογραμμίσετε σε αυτή τη σκηνή Έπειτα, ακούστε ξανά τη σκηνή και σημειώστε στο χαρτί τις παύσεις που γίνονται. Εάν οι διάλογοι είναι πολλοί γρήγοροι, και δεν υπάρχουν παύσεις, αποφασίσετε σε ποια τμήματα χωρίζεται λογικά το μήνυμα Αυτά τα τμήματα του διαλόγου είναι τα «μέρη» που πρέπει να μετατρέψετε σε υπότιτλους Watch the video carefully and write what the protagonists say on a piece of paper. Then, while you listen to it again, use a pencil to mark all the pauses of the dialogue. If some parts of the dialogue are fast and there is no pause, then just decide where the sentences can be separated logically. These parts of the dialogue will be the “chunks” which you will convert into subtitles. It is your spotting list.

Adding subtitle in-times and out-times: Cueing (1) Make sure Authoring mode is enabled: Options > Authoring mode. Watch the video following your spotting list and: When you reach the point you want a new subtitle to appear click on the button "Pause" or press F5. Click on the button "Add subtitle". A new line will appear in the subtitle grid. The Start time of this new line coincides with the temporal point when you clicked on "Add subtitle“ 1 Press F5 (Play) and listen until the point when you want the subtitle to disappear. Press F5 again to pause when you reach that point. Right click on the button "Add subtitle". You will notice that the End time is corrected. 1The Duration is automatically set to 2 seconds, therefore the End time is equal to the Start time + 2 seconds. However, the End time will change when you right click on the button "Add subtitle".  

Cueing (2) If you wish to modify the Start time or the End time: Rewind and watch the video-clip from an earlier point. If you want to correct the End time of a subtitle, click on the button "Pause" or press F5 at the point the character stops speaking. Click "Set subtitle end" or press F7 to modify the End time of the current subtitle. You will see that the End time of that subtitle in the subtitle grid has changed. Follow the same procedure if you wish to modify the subtitle's Start time, but this time click on the button "Set subtitle start" or press F6.
