We select to report on team teaching because it was a new teaching experience for us.With whom did you pilot this new practice and at what grade level did you undertake your pilot? 2 Connections with Colleagues - Διασυνδέσεις με συναδέλφους We discussed about o common problem that we faced in our classes.This problem had to do with the behaviour of some of our pupils during teaching. We decided to discuss and solve this problem as a team by completing a form ( rubric ) which had to do with the behaviour of some of the pupils. Our goal was to understand the behaviour of those pupils and try to find appropriate solutions. So, we found and adapted a rubric to fit our needs. Every member of our team observed the pupil whose behaviour is “difficult” ( one pupil from each class over a 2-hour period ) and comleted the rubric. Finally we studied and compared our data and discussed possible ways to deal with such problem as and when they occur.

Through this process, the communication among the members of our team has been enhanced and our overall co-operation in dealing with teaching difficulties has become more systematic. We discussed and tried different approaches, which prought some change in the pupil’s behaviour.
